New Products Showcase Fee:
          PMA Member Rate      $335
          Non-Member Rate       $670

Your New Products Showcase includes:

  • 18" W X 18" H X 11" D shelf space (not refrigerated) including signage with your company name and booth number, available to the first 30 applicants only.
  • Your information will be listed in our online New Products Showcase.
  • A color picture, description and company contact information included in the printed Foodservice Conference & Exposition Directory.*

* Only those products registered for the New Products Showcase by May 23, 2008 will be featured in the Foodservice Conference & Exposition Directory.

How You Can Participate:
1. You must be an exhibitor in the 2008 Foodservice Produce Expo. For more information about becoming an exhibitor
click here.

2. Your product or service must have been introduced after the 2007 Foodservice Conference & Exposition.

3. Submit an application online(one showcase per company)in the Virtual Trade Show by June 2, 2008.

4. To be included in the printed directory, enter a headline, brief description (100 word maximum, PMA reserves the right to edit copy), and a photo of your product by May 23, 2008.

Cancellation Policy:
If at any time you cancel your 2008 Foodservice Produce Expo booth, you will forfeit your New Products Showcase. If you forfeit or cancel your New Products Showcase before June 2, 2008, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After June 2, 2008, you will not receive a refund.
